  • When is my child's screening?

    Your child's screening will be scheduled within the dates mentioned on the marketing.

  • Why is my child's sibling not offered screening?

    Year groups to be screened are determined by the school's teams, as such Start Right screen specific year groups. Start Right offers at home screenings if you wish to screen a child who is not in the assigned year groups.

  • Has my Child been screened yet?/ Why have I not had results yet?

    Different year groups will be screened on different days, your child may not have been screened yet.

  • I booked for 2 children, why have I only got 1 result?

    Each child's result will be sent individually. Your child's sibling may not be screened on the same day.

  • My child is absent from school today - can we screen another day?

    Start Right will make every attempt to see your child during the screening dates - if we can't see your child, we will issue a refund.

  • How often should my child have health screening?

    Annual screening is recommended as hearing and vision can change throughout normal development.
