1. Fees
- No additional transaction fees are charged when processing a refund.
- Original credit card transaction fees incurred during payment are non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
a) Absent Students
Start Right endeavors to accommodate absent students by offering on-site screening over multiple days.
If your child cannot be screened on the assigned dates, a full refund of the screening cost will be provided.
b) Incorrect Year Group Booking, i.e/ we offer screening to Year 1 & Year 2 only, and a parent has paid for a year 4 student to be screened.
If a child is booked in the wrong year group, and the error is verified by our team, an automatic refund will be issued.
Students booked in the correct year group will proceed as scheduled.
Parents may request at-home screening for students outside of the designated year groups as determined by the school.
3. How to Request a Refund if your child is absent from school
Submit a written request to hello@startrighthealthcare.com.
Use the subject line: “REFUND – [Child’s Name]
Include the following in your email:
- Child’s full name
- Date of birth
- School name
 All personal data provided for refund requests will be used solely to process the refund and handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receiving a valid request.
- It may take up to 2 weeks for the refunded amount to appear in your bank or credit card statement.

5. Ownership and Privacy
- Refunds apply to the screening service fee only.
- Any personal or screening data collected remains owned by the parent/guardian and is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
