1) Before the screening, Start Right will have approached the school to partner for school screening services.

2) Once the school has partnered with Start Right, the school will send out Start Right's information, website, and scheduled date for screening to parents via the school's communication platform.

3) If you wish to book your child's health screening, you can do so directly by choosing the school name on our homepage.

4) Parents can input their child's information when selecting the required screening and pay Start Right directly. You will also be asked for your consent.

5) On the day of the screening, your child will be seen 1:1 by one of our experienced paediatric healthcare practitioners. Your child will be made comfortable, the screening test will be explained, and every child will be asked if they are ready to begin the screening.

6) Once the screening is complete, we will let the child know that they have done well regardless of the result, and they will be accompanied back to class.

7) We will email parents/caregivers the results within 3 working days of the screening. Start Right recommends sharing the results with the school if the result may impact your child's learning.
