- Child Information: First name, last name, date of birth, year group, class name, school name, identification number, and screening type selected.
- Parent/Guardian Information: Name, email address, and phone number.
- Correspondence Records: Emails and communications with you.
- Payment Information: Payment details, billing information, and related records required to process transactions.

We collect personal data to:
- Deliver the health screening services you purchased.
- Communicate with you about appointments, results, and enquiries.
- Coordinate schedules with schools.
- Process payments and manage billing.

- Schools: To coordinate schedules, we may share your child’s full name, date of birth, year group, and class name.
- Medical Service Providers: Software systems may receive your child’s name and date of birth to conduct accurate screenings.
- Payment Processors & Financial Institutions: For secure payment processing only. Data handling may comply with standards such as the California Customer Records Statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)).
- Website Host & E-Commerce Platform (Shopify): Shopify hosts our website and processes payments. Shopify complies with international security and privacy frameworks.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
5. Consent and Ownership of Records
- Screening results and related records are owned by you, the parent/guardian.
- By providing your information, you consent to our collection, use, and storage of your child’s data for the purposes stated in this policy.
- You may withdraw consent or request deletion of records at any time.
- Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide services.
6. Security and Retention of Your Information
- Screening result records are stored securely with password protection and two-factor authentication (2FA).
- Access to your child’s clinical result records is restricted to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
- Records are retained for three (3) years, after which they are permanently deleted.
7. Use of Anonymised Data for Reporting and Insights
After screenings, anonymised and aggregated data may be used to:
- Provide schools with statistical information on service engagement.
- Report overall pass and refer results (without identifying individual children).
- Generate insights into health trends in Singapore’s international school setting.
- Support internal analysis, sales, and marketing.
No identifiable personal data is ever disclosed or used in these reports.
8. Data Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data and your child’s records.

- We will respond within 48 hours, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
9. Confidentiality
We safeguard personal data from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, or modification by:

- Using 2FA for administrative accounts.
Note: Screening reports are emailed directly to the parent/guardian (to the email provided at point of sale). Results are not shared with schools or third parties unless you choose to do so.
