• Start Right's focus is on preventive care. Our team have a passion for promoting public health, a desire to improve access to healthcare services in the community and create a robust and honest referral network of trusted healthcare practitioners.

  • While working in the hospital setting here in Singapore, our clinical director worked with both local and expat scoliosis patients and their families and noted a significant difference in the severity of curvature and age at diagnosis between these cohorts. Regrettably, the majority of expat children presented with a visibly curved spine, requiring more aggressive treatment plans, including the potential for surgery.

  • Investigations into why this was happening, revealed a lack of routine screenings and preventive health check-ups, across all common preventable health conditions for children, in both the clinical and school settings for international school students. This leading to the late diagnosis of preventable childhood conditions such as Scoliosis, hearing issues, and vision problems.

  • Start Right was founded with the goal of doing better. Our mission is to provide every child with access to essential healthcare services, preventing small issues from becoming larger problems and enabling them to reach their full potential.
